Veraz Information is the sole owner of the information collected through these websites. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, online order forms or other direct contact from you.
You, as a subscriber to the DataAlways remote back-up service, are the sole owner of the data that is backed up by the DataAlways service. Veraz Information does not have any access to your backed up data. Your backed-up information is protected by enhanced 128-bit encryption and may only be decrypted by you, the original subscriber, on the computer from which the data was backed up.
Our website servers automatically collect certain non-personally identifying information, such as the type of browser in use and pages viewed, when you visit our websites. We use this information to understand how visitors navigate through our websites, to enhance your experience while using our websites, and to make the materials we post as valuable to visitors as possible. We do not link this information to personally identifiable information.

Our websites and the DataAlways service do not use cookies. Wherever we collect sensitive information such as credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
We use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online and we also protect your information offline. Veraz Information employees never have complete access to sensitive information such as your complete credit card number. The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment and all of your DataAlways service back-up data is secured with enhanced 128-data encryption.
